Marshmallow Cornflake Cake

Ingredients & Equipment:
Please remember to wash your hands before starting to make the cornflake cakes for hygiene reasons. |

Step 1 Break the cooking chocolate in to small pieces and place them into the Pyrex bowl. |

Step 2 Boil the kettle, and fill the saucepan with boiling water making sure not to overfill as it could scold you. We recommend only filling the saucepan about 1/4 of the way up from the bottom. |

Step 3 Place Pyrex bowl with chocolate in on top of saucepan, and stir to melt the chocolate. |

Step 4 Empty your 150g of cornflakes into the large mixing bowl, and add the melted chocolate. |

Step 5 Now mix the cornflakes and melted chocolate until all cornflakes are completely covered in chocolate. |

Step 6 Now add a very very very generous handful of baby marshmallows and stir them into the mixture. |

Step 7 Place muffin cases onto a plate, and start to spoon the mixture into the cases using the wooden spoon and the table spoon. |

Step 8 Place your plate of cornflake cakes into the fridge to set. |
